Manchester band The Notion are set to release their new single ‘Crusade’ this Friday (15th January) to much anticipation. The band are made up of brothers Kyle and Dillon McCombe (vocals/guitar, lead guitar respectively), Ethan Goddard on bass and Sam Short featuring on drums. As well as ‘Crusade’ being released on all major streaming platforms the band have also put together a must see music video to accompany the release.
The Notion impressed on previous releases ‘Away’ and ‘Wasting Time’ and are set to take their game to the next level on ‘Crusade’ - a seriously impressive tune that is destined to launch them into the same sphere as their peers.
During lockdown the band have kept busy performing cover versions of songs from other newer bands - covering The Crooks ‘In Time’ and providing a tremendous version of ‘Where Are You Now?’ by The Clause.
Influenced by Courteeners, The Enemy and The Verve, The Notion gigged regularly prior to Covid-19 including a support slot with Dirty Laces and a headline show at Night People in Manchester.
