Your latest single 'Sugar & Spice' caps off a tremendous year for yourself - what have been some particular highlights?
I’ve had a great year but one of my biggest highlights would have had to be the BBC introducing slot I performed at the Roundhouse in Camden. It was such a surreal experience!
We absolutely love the track - what was the song writing process behind it?
I originally had wrote the song in my bedroom after messing around on the guitar and recorded a really naff demo on my phone. I then sent it to my producer who worked his magic taking it from a acoustic guitar track to a huge soundscape!
As the song writer, what is the song about?
The song is a play on words and saying sugar and spice. I had wanted to do a play on words for a while and I just love the different meanings from this one saying. The bittersweet ness of being right person wrong time.

A multi genre track which is a bit of a fun while being an anthem!

Most definitely Sam fender. I think he is awesome and his song writing is insane!
