Manchester singer songwriter Jess Kemp releases her new single Matter Of Time on Friday 3rd July. Jess first came to our attention after being announced as performing at Novembers YANA Festival (an in depth look at the festival is coming soon) and upon hearing previous release We Were Falling (featured on our Spotify playlist). Matter Of Time is an upbeat pop song that was first played on XS Manchester last week.
