Wigan band RIVVER have returned with 'Blue Lagoon', their first release of 2021 that follows up their impressive previous release 'Smile Back.'
Formed in Wigan in October 2019, RIVVER quickly got together a wide array of different songs and performed their debut gig at The Zanzibar Club in December 2019,supporting Liverpool’s Nocturnal Coast. Since then the band has performed at a variety of different venues such as Phase One Liverpool, Indiependence Wigan and Studio2 in Liverpool.
What is instant about 'Blue Lagoon' is how funky it sounds from the get-go. Guaranteed to fill the floor at any indie club night, the track is high energy with an intriguing 80's sound. The vocal confident, the whole package showing a new songwriting maturity from the four-piece.

RIVVER are performing at Indiependence in Wigan on Saturday 7th of July and this new release, 'Blue Lagoon' is sure to prove popular in a live environment.
