Scottish singer-songwriter Natalie Clark has released her new rock-pop single, 'Ready To Roll'.
Clark is based in the USA, and the song was recorded in Los Angeles and Florida with producer Michael Gentile. About 'Ready To Roll, Natalie Clark said: "I wrote this track to bring some high energy, joy and hope heading into the summer! I engineered the vocals trying to capture the energy and excitement I was feeling. I wanted the song to uplift & empower the listener."
Clark gave up teaching in Scotland to pursue a career in music and landed in LA four years ago. Since then she has gained plaudits from Richard Branson and Nick Grimshaw and performed at the famous Roxy on the Sunset Strip.
Appearing on season ten of 'The Voice', pop starlet Christina Aguilera sang Natalie's praises, while country music legend Blake Shelton described her verses as "incredible."
Signed to DVG Records, 'Ready To Roll' is Natalie Clark's first release on the label, after released a debut EP previously.
The track is overwhelmingly positive and vibrant; a perfect summer song that excels in part to Clark's incredible vocal.
'Ready To Roll' is out now on all major streaming platforms.
