Mega Happy have released the first single “Have You Seen Her” from their upcoming debut album “ Please Don’t Be My Dreams”. The band started working on the album in the Spring of this year.
“Have You Seen Her” takes Mega Happy to the next level as artists and starts to give the band a distinct sound and clear music direction which is heard throughout their album. The album brings about a cohesive sound that many accomplished artists are still looking to find with a pure depth of maturity.
“ Have You Seen Her” has an old-fashioned romanticism filled with synth and chorus. Along with the other tracks on the new album , “ Have You Seen Her” sets the stage for an exciting new era for the band.
Whilst making themselves known in the local scene in Leeds and with a run of shows across The North in the past 3 years, Mega Happy moved further South, bringing their music to a SOLD OUT Rough Trade in Nottingham and across the UK.
Available as an exclusive physical , “Have You Seen Her” is available on cassette via their label Monch Records Bandcamp for a limited time and across all major platforms for download and streaming now. To mark the launch of their release the band are playing in Leeds Hyde Park Book Club , tomorrow August 7th.
