The Merseyside-based quartet The Kairos have this week released an authentic music video for their latest single 'Lazy Lethargic'. Shot on the streets of Liverpool and featuring many locally well known places in the city, the music video reflects the gritty nature of the song, which in itself is immediately impressive.
Not unlike most bands and performers, the pandemic put the brakes on things for the group just as they were emerging into the consciousness of fans and critics alike. We were treated to a stunning cover of Fatboy Slim's 'Praise You' during that time but it was not until earlier this year that The Kairos seemingly got back on track with their storming single release 'Round The Bend'.
Lazy Lethargic was recorded and mixed by Ben Harper who recently worked on The Mysterines' top ten album ‘The Reeling’. The video was directed by Matt Snow at Snow Motion.
Fresh from joining The Skinner Brothers on their recent UK tour, The Kairos are playing at Jimmy's in Liverpool on the 21st of May and at The Isle Of Wight Festival with more UK festival dates to be announced soon. Tickets can be bought here
