Bolton lads The Shed Project are killing 2021 with both ‘One Shot’ and ‘Feel My Love’ already proving to be popular releases. Their new single ‘ A Day In The Dam’ adds to their growing catalogue of quality tunes and showcases the band’s ability to write more lyrically intricate music. ‘A Day In The Dam’ is about what the title suggests - served with wry, storytelling lyrics and their The Stone Roses’ inspired guitar sound. An immense release from a band who continue to grow and develop before our very eyes, ‘A Day In The Dam’ is our Single Of The Week.

Bethany Ferrie follows up her previous single ‘Bones’ with the beautiful ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ - a stripped back pop-heartbreak song. The key change at the chorus really brings the track to life and shows off Ferrie’s impressive vocal…’Walkaway From Hollywood’ is the lead single from Spearmint’s new album ‘Holland Park’ which is due to be released in September. ‘Walkaway From Hollywood’ is joyous pop with strong melodies, something that the band excel at. The new album will be Spearmint’s ninth studio release so they have plenty of material to sink your teeth into...Indie-pop performer, producer and songwriter Lottie has released ‘Lights Out’, the first single to be released from her debut album. The track is a perfect chill-out listen, with dance hall drums and floating piano complete with Lottie’s effortless vocal. An emerging talent, Lottie impresses with this new release...Last Man Alive has released his new EP with the lead single being ‘The Thrill Of The Chase’, a traditional rock ‘n’ roll tune with indie undertones. Inspired by Motown, ‘Tears Run Dry’ is perfectly produced and ready-made for summer listening. Reilly James is a songwriter with clear pop sensibilities and this new release may just be his best work to date…’Down The Line’ by Tom Bright Feat. Gita Langley is up next, a track produced at Abbey Road. Bright’s new album ‘Legacy’ is on the way, on which this new single will appear. With clever storytelling and a vocal that is instantly endearing, ‘Down The Line’ is a tender and poignant song that defines Bright as one of the UK’s most exciting and talented songwriters.
