SOUND SOUNDS Festival To Take Place Early Next Year

A brand-new festival is taking place at Southport Pontins Holiday Park from spring 2022. The music scene has suffered for the entirety of the last two years, but an influx of new shows and venues are opening to offer a lifeline, including this seaside resort.

With a stellar line up which includes The Snuts, The Sherlocks and The K’s, Sound Sounds Festival boasts an unrivalled cast of the best new talent in the world. Other artists that you can see live in Southport next year include Lauran Hibberd, Johnny Ash, Spyres and The Crooks.

Taking place over the weekend of 1st-4th April 2022, the forthcoming festival takes over the Southport Pontins holiday park complex, meaning festival goers can ditch their tents, wellies and wet wipes and in their place enjoy their very own apartment with bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and most importantly, a place to charge your phone.

Prices for the upcoming indie festival start at a reasonable £99 per person, which includes access to everything the site has to offer.

Familiar to indie fans up and down the country, Sound Sounds will feature the legendary This Feeling stage, among multiple other stages that will accommodate a variety of soundscapes and personalities. Interestingly, the festival flirts with the addition of a pool party, too.
