This November, Liverpool-based band RATS release their new single "Patsy Decline", the first release on This Feeling's new record label.
There is currently a feeling of excitement around the band, who are currently touring with DMA's before embarking on their own UK tour. RATS are four childhood friends whose relatable lyrics reflect every aspect of modern society. The new single "Patsty Decline" is released on November the 18th and can be pre-saved here.
"Patsy Decline" was recorded at Liverpool's Parr Street Studios and mastered at Abbey Road by Christian Wright (Blur, Radiohead). Speaking of the new single, RATS front man Joe Maddock says, "We wrote this song to try to encapsulate what happens when we go out on a night out in our hometown of Liverpool - enjoy!” As for the memorable band name, the singer says, “Somebody sprayed it on our old studio door after a party where there was an argument and that’s when I first saw it as a name haha!”
