“Done In” sees Elephant Memoirs continue with their grassroots alt-rock style that is by now expected from the North-East trio. This new single is a strong anthemic track which is sure to be a hit at festivals gigs in the near future.
The formidable trio from Gateshead have built an excellent reputation for their unique and outstanding music and are becoming recognised for their explosive signature sound with a thunderous rhythm.
Since the release of “False Sense of Security”, their debut EP, the band have gone from strength to strength, already becoming a firm favourite within the local scene. The trio have received widespread praise from the music press both nationally and internationally.
With their music being heard across the globe online, Elephant Memoirs have played at Newcastle’s 02 Academy and have received regular international and national radio, including impressively being handpicked by Tom Robinson on his BBC Radio 6 show.
With a string of releases in 2021, Elephant Memoirs are continuing to build their sound and work on the foundations they have set out. With each new release’s streaming figures exceeding the previous release, the band are on the right path for more success.
