“Give It Time” sees The Hilder with their second release, bringing high intensity and energy to listeners from a group who can be labelled as a proper guitar band. Ear-catching from the start, The Hilder have brought the same energy to this track as heard within their debut single “Lost On You”. As the new single progresses, the synths and guitars kick in showcasing a defined sound and direction for their music.
Comprising of Sam Parsons, Danny Jackman and Matty Jackman, The Hilder are an indie rock-pop band from the seaside town of Bridlington in East Yorkshire. Forming in 2020 the trio released their debut single earlier this year. Adopting a high energy indie rock-pop sound which is present in both singles, the band look set to push the boundaries of what is possible for a band from a small seaside town.
“Give It Time” was mastered by Pete Maher after the band recorded the track at Sugar House studio. Following the success of “Lost On You”, the band look set to focus on writing more tracks and to begin making a name for themselves ahead of gigs planned for halfway through 2022.
With a strong aesthetic and clear work ethic, The Hilder have the world at their feet. On the strength of their two single release so far, the band are very much on the cusp of becoming one of the UK's most exciting new acts. Catch them before they blow up.
